| 6 1/2 | oz | Raw boneless, skinless turkey breast |
| 1 | tbsp | Dijon mustard (French's) |
| 1/2 | tsp | Minced garlic |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Extra-virgin olive oil (Amore) |
| 1 | medium | Baked sweet potato with skin (medium) |
| 1/2 | cup | Boiled chopped broccoli |
| 4 | spear(s) | Boiled asparagus spears |
| 1 | tbsp | Dried pine nut |
| Instructions
Preheat grill. Mix mustard, garlic, rosemary and oil together in a bowl. Grill turkey breast for a few minutes per side. Coat one side of the turkey breast with half the mustard mixture and grill for 3 minutes. Turn turkey breast over and coat with remaining mustard mixture. Grill for another 3 minutes until turkey is no longer pink inside. Sprinkle pine nuts on top. Serve with a baked sweet potato and boiled vegetables. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 1 hour.
