Dijon mustard turkey breast

Dijon mustard turkey breast
6 1/2ozRaw boneless, skinless turkey breast
1tbspDijon mustard (French's)
1/2tspMinced garlic
1 1/2tspExtra-virgin olive oil (Amore)
1mediumBaked sweet potato with skin (medium)
1/2cupBoiled chopped broccoli
4spear(s)Boiled asparagus spears
1tbspDried pine nut

Instructions
Preheat grill. Mix mustard, garlic, rosemary and oil together in a bowl. Grill turkey breast for a few minutes per side. Coat one side of the turkey breast with half the mustard mixture and grill for 3 minutes. Turn turkey breast over and coat with remaining mustard mixture. Grill for another 3 minutes until turkey is no longer pink inside. Sprinkle pine nuts on top. Serve with a baked sweet potato and boiled vegetables. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 1 hour.
