| Raspberry cottage cheese delight |
| Ingredients |
| • ½ cup raspberries |
| • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce |
| • 4 oz low fat plain yogurt |
| • 4 oz cottage cheese (1% fat) |
| • 1 tbsp flaxseeds |
| • 1 tsp dried chopped macadamia nuts |
| Instructions: Place raspberries and applesauce in a blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth. Combine raspberry mixture, yogurt, cottage cheese and flax seeds together in a bowl. Top with nuts and enjoy. |
