Raspberry cottage cheese delight
Ingredients
• ½ cup raspberries
• ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
• 4 oz low fat plain yogurt
• 4 oz cottage cheese (1% fat)
• 1 tbsp flaxseeds
• 1 tsp dried chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions:
Place raspberries and applesauce in a blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth. Combine raspberry mixture, yogurt, cottage cheese and flax seeds together in a bowl. Top with nuts and enjoy.
